- Unused service days remain within your billing cycle.
We prorate refunds based on the number of unused days of service.
2. Proration Calculation
Refunds are calculated by dividing the total cost of the billing period by the total number of days in that period and multiplying the result by the number of unused days.
Example:
- If your monthly subscription costs $100 and you cancel with 10 unused days, your refund will be calculated as:
